Dale DeGroff, also known as “King Cocktail”, is one of the most revered bartenders in the world. He first gained popularity at the Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Center, and has been a key figure in the hospitality industry ever since. In addition to helping kick start the craft cocktail movement in the late 1990s and early 2000s, his book, The Craft of the Cocktail, is an essential for any great cocktail book collection.
